I am supporting Arby's because they are supporting the BEEF INDUSTRY . Arby's is refusing to put meat substitutes on their menu. Thank you, Arby's!

A great change of pace from the usual burgers of most of the other fast food chains in town. Usually very neat and clean, and the staff are genuinely friendly and attentive. Plenty of parking, but restaurant seating area inside is small, so in the winter during busy times it can be hard to find a seat.

It was late but they were still very nice.

Simply good food if your in the mood for sandwiches, ham and roast beef. Laid back and quiet, rarely crowded but usually steady. Only 4 stars because they stopped selling roast beef subs a long time ago and haven't brought them back (and I check).Also, they're roast beef sandwiches are confusing but if you like the plain bun without the red sauce you need to order The Classic Roast Beef not the Roast Beef which does have the sauce and the onion topped bun.

We are very sad they took away the regular french fries they were a lot better than those curly fries too much spice on the curly fries and all you get is the ends and pieces in the bottom.

Customer service as of late has been terrible. No greeting, they say nothing to you when they hand your food over. I used to love coming here, but for the terrible service you get, it's not worth spending your hard earned money at this high priced establishment, unfortunately. I wish I could say better things. Food is good if they happen to get the order right the first time.....

Love this place but wasn't impressed with some of the sandwiches. The chicken salad was obviously just a scoop they slapped in between two peases of bread and called it good. Because it was all in the middle

Mira is the worst manager iv ever seen. She has the worst customer service iv ever had and she keeps bulling great worker out. Trish don't listen to her workers and is very rude. No one likes going there to eat no more.

Food was typical Arby’s - it was fine. The service was appalling. Three employees in the building but no serving the front or the window.

Orange Shake is incredible! A must

Regular sandwich was okay, but it reminds me why I don't eat fries hardly ever...tasted a bit like over used cooking oil...trying not to remember the taste.

Good people, Arby's food. They do have a high turnover rate so be prepared to check your food and make sure you weren't double billed. Otherwise, a good Arby's.

Got some food today at Arbys. Ended up realizing there was mold on not just one, but multiple sandwiches I had ordered. I just hope I noticed it before my child ate it. Won't have my business at all anymore.

Great place for roast beef,my favorite,except when they have the really great fish!

They gave and charged me for 2 extra sandwiches and I asked 3 times for no whip cream. Still got it service bad here

My favorite fast food ever. This has been a restaurant I’ve been coming to for what seems like forever. Always love the food, the dining room is always clean, and drive thru works just fine. I may be biased because I love the food but there’s so much they have on their menu I recommend it to everyone.

Always great food, reasonable prices.

I was traveling through Omak yesterday and we stopped by Arby’s to grab some food. I ordered a Rueben sandwich. I ate my fries first and we were out of town when I opened my sandwich to find 3 pieces of meat, soggy flattened bread. I asked for extra sauce and it looked like there was half a bottle of sauce on it. The sandwich was terrible and a total waste of money. I can’t post the picture I took unfortunately.

Unable. To eat "loaded curly fries" and arby cheddar roast beef sandwichFood loaded with salt, unable to eat, sandwich came w/o the cheese. Will not eat there again
